During his professional career with Estée Lauder Cosmetics and Morrow Eyewear, Sviat has driven various strategic initiatives, business transformations, and system deployments. He has hands-on experience in developing new markets, integrating new brands, and introducing new channels to enhance company value.

Sviat is a strong advocate for environmental, social, and governance values and is proud to be part of Bosaq’s team, contributing to sustainable water solutions.

On a personal level, he is originally from Ukraine, enjoys playing the guitar, cooking for friends, reading, and exploring new cultures.
